Adwords don't do a very good job of targeting - 1 new

I used adwords on my site [link] for a few days and yea I
got traffic real
quick, but it wasn't very targeted. My ads were suppose to
only run on U.S.
english sites. I got traffic from everywhere but the U.S.
The first flaw I
noticed was my ads were sent in emails to people around the
world , but when

Call Reporting number - 1 new

ANyone had trouble getting a call reporting number. It has
been 8 days and it
is not in place. I was counting on this to turn my local
phone number into
