Hi Jeremy, ...That is no question. If you are pretending to
be PayPal, but you
aren't, then 1) you are using their trademark and 2) it is
not a legitimate
use covered by trademark law. As I am not in the US, I can
only speak for my
country. Here it is not considered a "use" of a
trade mark, if I am describing
the original product of the trademark owner - Wed, Apr 12

Grrh - last para should have said: "If your advert
shows on average one time
in 100 impressions, you still don't have 100% confidence
that it is *not*
showing, when you do 100 searches." Apologies for
answering my own post. I was
distracted. Honest. Cheers, JeremyC. -- Merjis : mostly

Hi lkamphaus, Then your ISP is outside the city of
Cincinnati, so you appear
to be outside the city. Google does address this situation
in their online
training for geotargeting. RichApogee posted an apropos
link in another
thread in the last day or so. There's explicit advice about
how to handle this,
from Google, and it pretty much mirrors my practical - Wed,

As long as you are using location targeting for all your ads
you should be o.k.
. When you say 'general keywords' you do mean that you
don't include the city
name but you still use location targeting? - Wed, Apr 12
