Hi Zach Ask *Nike* to add your account to the list of
AdWords Account ID's
that are allowed to use the TradeMark, in a letter to their
Google rep.
Authority to use the trademark has, IME, to come from the
trademark owner.

What is the relationship between approved ads, keywords, and
ad groups? For
example: 1) If I have an ad group that has only fully
approved ads in it and I
move or add keywords to that ad group, will the new keywords
trigger the
already approved ads on whole network immediately or do the
new keywords have
