Yes, same problem here. Any new campaign after 9th Feb is
not running although
the system says it is active and there is nothing wrong.
Please mail Google on

Nerve Gas - 1 new

Probably pretty low - he doesn't offer nerve gas, just a
range of Raman and
Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopes. A poor match of
intent, and the
offer on the advert doesn't match the landing page or any
page within two
clicks. Probaby very low on Google's Quality metric - I
suspect that this is a
$5 MinCPC advert, after review.  - Tues,

We do this frequently enough, and for a a wide enough range
of countries, that
we have a little web application that helps - [link] Note
that this tool helps
only Google searches - not partner sites. It also does not
help with looking
at AdSense displays outside your territory. We don't have a
tool for that, but
