Disapproved Ad (After months using it?) - 2 new

I was stunned to login to my account today and check my ad I
have been using
now for at least over a year without a problem, and find
that Google had
disapproved my ad because according to their website:
Display URL Must be
Accurate Your Display URL must accurately reflect the URL of
your website. If -
