Adwords Budget is not consuming - 1 new

Hi, I'm new here but have a similar problem. I can't use my
budget - only
spending half a day. Saw last night that my campaign is on
standard delivery,
which means they spread out my budget for the day. There is
a toggle for "
accelerated delivery", which would show my ads as
quickly as possible during
