Ian - whoaa! Google is enforcing that the Display URL is
both * valid * the 
same as the domain you end up on This stops the affiliate
tricks like "
PleaseBuyBooksFromMe.com" having a redirect to
"Amazon.com" with an affiliate 
ID. eBay stores - well, kind of a special case. It's not
quite eBay affiliate
