There is a good article on the Zdnet forums about the use of
trademarked names
as keywords. Google has been sued many times and lost a few
in mainly Europe
particularly in France's socialist courts. In the U.S. the
courts are more
free enterprise conscious. After all how many times have we
seen trademarked
