Doug, On the ad summary, check and see what your served
percentage is. It
could be that your ad is only showing sometimes despite the
care you've taken.

No, I'm talking about turning off the content network
within a keyword-
targeted campaign. I'm not talking about site-targeted
campaigns. When you
create a standard, keyword-targeted campaign, both the
search network and the
content network are turned on, by default. I recommend
turning off the content
