Hi! I sell electronic parts and some of my ads are now
disapproved. For
example my ad is Excel Distributing Inc. Your Premier RCA
Distributor ! Get GE,
ProScan, and Panasonic Parts some of my keywords are rca
parts, panasonic
parts, etc. but now my ad is not approved, just recently.
Now if I search for

There are a lot of court cases on the issue. In most
instances, and where the
weight of decisions is heading, it is not permitted to use
trademarked terms (
note, it's trademarks, not copyright) in the actual ad text
but it is
permitted as a keyword. However, where you're using your
competitor's name for
purposes of comparison, IMHO, it should be - Sat, Feb 17

Generally by putting similar keywords in the same group. For
example, if you
sold pet products, you might put all dog products in one
group and all cat
produts in another. You could break that down even further
by having a group
for dog leads, another for dog food, another for dog toys,
etc. In fact, you

Because many U.S. court decisions have ruled that it is
perfectly acceptable
to use trademarked terms as keywords - but not in the actual
ad text. I have
blogged a bit about this, as it's a particular interest of
mine, being a
former student of cyberlaw and intellectual property. You
