Where do I stand Legally - 3 new

I think this is kind of a grey-area right now and it really
depends on how
Google chooses to handle it. I have heard arguments, similar
to KC above, that
say it is completely legal. Essentially someone is searching
on the internet
and Google is providing a service to that user. You place an
ad on the

Using a URL as a Keyword - 2 new

Hi there - Last night when I googled a problem with my FTP
server, I noticed
that an ad came up with a competitors website when my search
results came up.
Their ad was the only sposored ad, and my search string
contained only
techinical gibbersih, and my URL [link] - does this mean my
competitor has my

Creative Approval - 2 new

Hi Guys, Need some help/info regarding the Creative approval
process . If I
submit a creative that violates the adwords policy and also
submit the
exemtion request, my understanding is that the Ad will still
go online until
its reviewed. Is my understanding correct? Secondly, if my
creative gets
