AOL ads dissapeared 30 days ago - 1 new

My content ads went from 10 to 20 a day to 0 I checked
Google adword selection
and checked edit settings, networks, google search, search
network and 
contents network as suggested by Google...no luck. Ad still
is not running on 
AOL. This happened 6 months ago and I went thru the drill
and ads reappeared.

I know a adwords user who constantly creates adwords
accounts then once the 
accounit is billed initially and the charge does not go
thru, he then creates 
another account and does the same thing continously. This
not only hurts 
advertisers but I think it also hurts Google. Who can I
report this kind of

Where do I stand Legally - 1 new

I have actually tried to enforce such a claim. The
advertiser was not using 
our trademarked name in their ad wording nor were they using
our trademarked 
name in the URL or title. Google explicitly told me that
unless they are doing
one of those three things, legally, they were allowed to use
my trademarked 
name as a keyword. I even went through - Sun, Mar 12 2006
