Site Targeted CPM Campaign - Quality Score Issue? - 1 new

Hi, I've just started using Adwords. My first ever campaign
is a site- 
targeted CPM one. I'm targeting specific pages on other
people's websites to 
get my ads displayed. But so far I've only got a handful of
page impressions 
for my ads in about a week. I'm trying to figure out what's
causing this lack

My client, a provider of upscale travel options, would like
to use AdWords to 
target affluent individuals searching for luxury goods. For
example, when 
someone types in "Rolex" or "Bentley",
he'd like his ad to appear. Is this 
acceptable, and if it is, will his ad take a performance hit
since his 
buisness doesn't directly involve these keywords? - Tues,

I have been billed $2000 for clicks that i have no way of
viewing if any of 
them were directly for the carpetman. It seems we did not
receive any business
at all but yet were billed all this money. please advise us
on why we are 
being billed so much for no response Thank you My email
