Part of the reason why its considered fair is that your name
is entered into
the marketplace. The only way you could sue them is to state
they are trying
to brand themselves under your copyrighted name. If they
call themselves as a
top competitor of yours or better than you, they can use
your name without

Double serving issues - 1 new

I've been reporting Google about 2 companies using double
serving strategies,
for more than a month, getting only cookie cutter answers
like "we'll tke care
of this bla bla", but nothing is being done to prevent
it. There are 2
companies doing this in my niche: ones serves 4 ads, another
2 ads, different

I'm a Independant representative for a large fortune 500
company. I've created
Google Ad's to drive more business to their controlled site.
I have been
granted the right to use their trademark. Google keeps
shutting me down and
seems to send automated/prescripted mesages to me. How the
heck do I get them

been advertising
the products in Google Adwords. I have been getting fair
number of clicks but
not resulting in any sales. What would be the best idea to
