It's important to understand that search engine advertising
is not the same
thing as contextual advertising. By default, a
keyword-targeted campaign on
AdWords is opted into both the search network (search
advertising + parked
domains) and the content network (contextual advertising +
parked domains).

Try improving your quality score. "Play" with ad
texts, destination URL's, etc.
The more relevant ad text is, the less you pay for your
keywords. Read more

I guess by modifying your adgroup your ads need to be
manually reviewed by
Google again..... Send them an email or contact them by chat
