I just don't understand Adwords logic. - 1 new

Adwords keeps telling me that anyone can place an ad in the
categories I
advertise in as long as they provide what they are
advertising. So let's say I
sell stamps, flowers or baseball cards or other low priced
items. This means
that anyone that is trying to draw traffic to their website
to try and get
