Within a day or two, if you're not getting any clicks, this
usually means
there is room for you to make improvements on your end.
Couple ideas for you
to try include increasing your maximum bid amount for your
keywords, break out
keywords you're seeing receiving a lot of impressions into
its own ad group...

You can use phone numbers in your ads. If you clients are
savvy marketers, set
up a unique 1-800 phone number used ONLY in the Google text
ads so you can
measure not only their effectiveness, but average cost per
lead and/or average
cost per sale. If you're able to do this, you can determine
