You probably should ask a Google rep. I know that they allow
this for some
very well-known websites. For example, AmazonBooks.com is an
alternate domain
owned by amazon.com. You can place an ad with
AmazonBooks.com in the display
URL and Amazon.com in the destination URL, and that appears
to be acceptable. -

Competitor violates adwords policy - 2 new

We have a competitor whose sells his product under two
business names (the
businesses are under the same roof and ownership; the
difference is name only).
He has an ad for each name and the ads appear together in
the same search
results. He is getting two bites at the apple and we're
getting just one. This
