Destination URL Landing Page - 3 new

I have a product that I will be releasing in March that I
would like to start
advertising now. The destination URL in my ad will direct
the visitor to a
page that will have a brief description of the product. Also
on the page will
be a sign-up form. I would like to allow visitors to sign-up
to get early
notifcation of when the product will be going - Thurs, Jan
