Competitor violates adwords policy - 1 new

Hi, I am currently running two different ads with same
keywords but with only
the ad text being different. Both ads land on our webpage.
Reason being is
because our competitor was using our company name to promote
his ad, so we
decided to use theirs as Google has not done anything about
his/her violations.
