It's a bit late, but: One problem is that some companies
(closed source)
would have trouble with GPL. Hopefully you should have a
well defined Web
Service API and give consumers of these services a LGPL
license? It should
also clarify that all documents produced would not be GPL.
Why use a Web
based office tool when you can't <a href ..> it with
your other
proprietary tools? Do you plan on doing a dual license with
a more
suitable license for commercial usage?
