I bought Total Liver cleanse. How long do I take it. It is two capsules a day. There are 60 pills in the bottle. I got them at the herb shoppe. Thanks Marti

Try to clean and support the liver first
of all with dandelion root and leaf. Tinctures are good, so is tea or salads
of fresh dandelion leaves, new leaves are best. The root can be dug up,
washed and dried for tea also. Also take milk thistle seed to support the liver.
Find all this at health food store or find a place online that sells herbal
medicine. Mountain Rose Herbs have organic herbal supplements and sell online.
Self Heal creme and Aloe Vera gel are good to apply topically. Herbs to help
with diabetes are gymnema sylvestre, stevia ( a natural herbal sweetener),
goats rue, nopal ( prickly pear cactus -- pads are prepared by singeing off the
needles and sliced for boiling or frying) One supplement that is helpful is
chromium picolinate. Spice that is helpful is cinnamon. All can be researched
on the Internet.
Baths with a cup or two of baking soda should help also, as well as a paste
made of baking soda and water and applied topically.
Of course keep a close check on sugar levels and be sure that your diet is
not contributing to problems with the diabetes. Absolutely NO carbonated
drinks, diet or otherwise.
