I suffered from Anemia as well. I was told do not eat dairy products
at the same time as iron rice as the dairy binds to the iron and
makes it difficult to assimilate. Also, stay away from tea as it
also reacts with the iron. Good luck! As far as excersize, be
carefull. Depending o your hempglobin level you may fatigue very
easily and stress your body. Short walks or non impact activities
like yoga were helpful for me. When I did to much I was so sore
becuse I did not have enough red bloodcells to help my body
heal...Listen to your body!!!-
