Does anyone know if cider vinegar has the same alkalizing properties as
lemon juice? I do the organic cider vinegar thing every day and since
I love vinegar drink 2-6 tablespoons per day. I know the
recommendation is 2 teaspoons 3 times per day so hope I am not
overdoing but it I am definitely seeing benefits from it with slim
ankles and I think there are less spider veins than before. I also
drink lemon juice in water almost daily and make my own carbonated
water and put in in that. I do the same thing with the vinegar. Of
course summer time is lemon time and I bring out my hand lever citrus
juicer and the lemon aide I make is just wonderful. Mix in some stevia
and you have a wonderful, healthy, very low calorie beverage.
