Fatigue is just another symptom and may derive from different physical, emotional or environmental causes.
Another possibility is that your liver is not working well.
You even may find the culprit in your environment as certain situations, relationships and so on can produce depression, fatigue, etc.
Physically speaking, I suggest that you have some lab tests done.

Could you please help me to overcome my fatigue.

Hello Eimo,
That in itself may be part of your problem. If you are eating a low fat diet you are not supplying your body with the essential fuel it needs for energy. This will contribute to fatigue. You may also be low on vitamin b-12 if you are skimping on animal sources of protein, which also contributes to fatigue.
