WAY too much Vir C could result in kidney stones. But in general,
Vit C is very safe to take in large dosages. It is water soluable
and will simply be excreted from the body. The health advantages of
Vit C by far outweigh any possible toxic side effects in my opinion.
Now, fat soluable vitamins like vitamins A, D, and E are potentially
more dangerous as they end up being stored in body fat.
