Re: Can You Recommend A Multivitamin Please?

I take Floradix. I order it off the internet with free shipping over
$100. I like it because it's liquid and (I believe) more absorbable.
Someone, please correct me if I'm wrong. A Naturopath told me
(recently) that for every $ spent in preventative, I'm saving $10 to
cure problems. I try to think of it that way. Though I am empathetic
and can relate to the expense of all these things.
