---Also black cohosh will ease the pain and relax the muscles in the
lower back. Mine totally healed with black cohosh alone I had 2
slipped discs which affected the sciatic nerve that runs from lower
back to the bottom of the foot. Intense pain. I also rubbed the area
with warm castor oil each night and kept the area warm with flannel
