Greetings to our globally-minded & charitable ASIS&T
colleagues,
It's the time of year when the SIG-III Infoshare program
would like to
ask for your generous gift donations for the Silent Auction
at the
International Reception on Monday night of the Annual
Meeting (6th).
Your support of Infoshare through the funds your gifts
generate during
the Silent Auction is highly appreciated by new members all
around the
world. InfoShare provides memberships to individuals from
countries
where the ASIS&T member fees are a financial burden.
To support you during this celebration of charity and help
you to pick
up a nice and yet affordable gift, Infoshare encourages you
to think
of the types of gifts your ASIS&T friends would want to
bid on. This
might be wine or art or jewelry or clothing or a weekend at
your home
at the lake. If you are a knitter (or crochet etc.), please
join the
SIG-KNIT group who are making items especially for the
auction!
Collection boxes will be provided at the registration desk
or
you can contact us (InfoShare Officers) at the e-mails below
if you
will not be attending but would still like to contribute an
auction
item.
