Hi.

I've been testing a bit more...

Oh, there was no image in the directory on the server, but
of course
there was one in the .tar.gz image of the filesystem, in
boot/zImage-2.6.16.16-omap1-h6300

I've tried and boot the
Angstrom-console-image-test-20070401-h6300.rootfs.tar.gz
image, but
unfortunately, the init script doesn't seem to run very
far...

The last messages I get (copied manually) are :
NET: Registered protocol family 17
MMC1: Command timeout, CMD0
mmcblk0: p1 p2
Bridge firewalling registered
VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem).
Freeing init memory: 116K

... then it seems the be hung... nothing more...

Unless I connect the USB craddle to my host and get :
udc: USB reset done, gadget ether
udc: USB reset done, gadget ether
udc: USB reset done, gadget ether
usb0: full speed config #1: 100 mA, Ethernet Gadget, using
CDC
Ethernet

... so it seems tp be alive but nothing happens...

Is it a success ?

I'd be glad to have a login prompt on the console ;)...

Will try with the X11 image.

Best regards,

Ipaq h63xx support ?
user name

Hi.

I'm the owner of a Ipaq h6340 (aka h6315) device.

I'd be willing to test its support of Angstrom...

Any idea if this would work ?

I've seen that there's a h6300 machine rules... so there's
definitely
some hope ;)

Best regards,

For those interested, I tried and report my first results
in
h
ttp://www.linuxtogo.org/gowiki/AngstromOnIpaqH63xx

Not much interesting results yet... but I have to start over
and
review some details.

Not yet actually... due to the fact that there was no zImage
there
when I checked... so I recompiled the whole thing.

Anyway, I have to do more precise testing.

Will try and summarize when I'm done (probably in a week
now, leaving
my devices for a short week of vacation off the net ;)
