Real Bit rate adaptation on Helix server v 11

Hey

 

This is my posting here. Not even sure if this is the right place to post this.

 

I need to use Helix server v11 for real media bit rate adaptation feature. I wanted to know some more about this, as to how the client and server interact and decide that both support this particular feature. Also is there any specific setting on the server that I need to set in order to turn this ON or is it always turned on (which I don’t think it would be)?
