The packs have landed!
I made fresh windows standalone installer for earlier
adopters.
Guys, who use Windows and who want to help Bazaar team
to test and improve new packs format, let's try this:

With new version of bzr you could initialize new repo
format with flag --experimental, e.g.:
bzr init --experimental BRANCH_NAME
bzr init-repo --experimental SHARED_REPO_NAME
and then try to work with new repo in usual way.
Report about found problems to the list or file a bug in
Launchpad.
