Perforce 2007.1 Now Available

We are pleased to announce the official 2007.1 release of
the 
P4V, P4Merge, and P4SCC client tools.

Release 2007.1 of P4V introduces the new Administration
tool, which 
allows Perforce superusers to easily manage users, groups,
and 
permissions.  P4V also offers a new feature that makes it
easy to 
find and reconcile workspace changes that occurred without
the
server's knowledge.

The Perforce visual client tools (P4V, P4Merge, and P4SCC)
are now 
released on their own schedule, independently of other
Perforce 
products.  The 2007.1 visual client tools are compatible
with 
Perforce Server releases 2002.2 through 2006.2.  However,
some new
features in the 2007.1 client tools might not be apparent
when used
with a pre-2006.2 server.
