sendFileToRemote in
org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.ssh.ScpToMessage
seems to set permissions to 0644 -- would be useful if this
could be overridden!
Also, when using sftp instead of ssh1, could 'chmod' files
after transferring them?
