If a web.xml file is not specified for a war file, ant will
fail the build and
complain:

BUILD FAILED
/home/maciek/foo/build.xml:262: No WEB-INF/web.xml file was
added.
If this is your intent, set needxml='false' 

However, the suggestion is wrong (or at least out of date):
the name of the
attribute is "needxmlfile", not
"needxml".
