Eminently logical! Don't know exactly why it doesn't operate that way. Possibly just never came up before. However, on the face of it you're right. As advertised says it will keep changes outside these blocks. That makes it a "UBG" (that's a "bug" sideways, sort of!;)
We'll have to see what Julian says. Might be something neither of us is seeing.
