I have the bundle for DB/HB already, so do I just need the dialog blocks 

upgrade, or the upgrade for the bundle?

The bundle upgrade will be immune to any future HelpBlocks 2006 update,

but if you're only concerned with the DialogBlocks update,

the DialogBlocks upgrade would suffice.
