DialogBlocks (3.10) Bug: Disabling a wxStaticBoxSizer

I tried to have a wxStaticBoxSizer disabled by default but this
doesn't work.

I would have expected something like this in "CreateControls"
frequencyManualControl_->GetStaticBox ()->Enable(false);

where frequencyManualControl is of course the wxStaticBoxSizer;

Sorry if this is a repeat, I search the messages and nothing stood out
as being relevant.
