Hi!

Because the spam in this group annoys I would like to propose an
effective method to avoid it:

The first posts (maybe 1 or 2) of a new user will be posted after a
moderator did accept it. After that 'trial period' the member will be
authorised to post non moderated. The moderator has to ensure that
nonsense DB/WX questions will keep out (fake posts to become a full
member).

Handling member posts this way would avoid unrelated questions or offers.
