another crash DB 4.02

I was playing around some more adding a bunch of controls and then I
added a .jpg to my images folder then i added a static bitmap and
then i went to choose my bitmap and DB 4.02 just crashed (vanished)
again.

I haven't yet been able to reproduce that so possibly it's related to
the specific JPEG - but
if you can send me a .jpeg and/or .pjd to reproduce it, I'd be grateful.

I've fixed the property editor crash problem here and will release a new
beta soon.
I'm still mystified by the inability to insert the new controls - anyone
else have this problem
with the beta?
