HelpBlocks: Howto convert an old ISO 8859 encoded help project to unicode?

Hi Julian,

The subject nearly the question But I have an additional one. Is it
possible to use an ISO 8859 encoded help project in an unicode app? If yes, I
mustn't convert anything.
