First stumbles with Mac OSX

Now that I have something running under Windows, I though I
would try 
MAC OSX (and then on to Linux/Unix).

My first application builds but then gets an MessageBox that
says

DialogBlocks Error
can't flush file descriptor 15 (error 45: Operation not
supported).


I am now looking into where this happens, but has anyone
seen this or 
have an idea of a solution?
