ANN: Update of wxRegEx Tester Tutorial Code

Hi!

The wxRegEx Tester Tutorial code has been updated to wxWidgets-2.8.4.
There is also now a TGZ format of the code for Linux/Unix users.
The "official" wxRichTextCtrl is now being used. The previous code used
a derived class in DB to implement the wxRichTextCtrl as it existed in
the 2.7.x distribution. Some coding changes were made to make use of
newer features in wxRichTextCtrl.

There is no update of the tutorial documents at this time.
