Menu key on project key control doesn't bring up the context menu

DialogBlocks 4.14

When I press the Windows Menu key on the project tree control, it
doesn't bring up the context menu like it should.

Is this a known bug?

I'm intercepting right click instead of the context menu event, I'll add
it to my to-do list...
