Test of Window looks good, Built window is a mess.

I uploaded the file ss4.doc (microsoft word) in the Files section. In
that document is two screen shots. One shows the window as seen via
Test in DialogBlocks. The second shows the window after I have built
and run it. Gosh, what is wrong? Nothing displays except the pieces of
a few buttons. In the settings I select the VC++ Project Release
configuration. I also selected the platform __WXMSW__. What else could
be wrong. When I built my small app, it first wanted to build wxWidgets
which it did.

Hard to tell without looking at the .pjd/source, I'm afraid. Looks like
layout isn't being called at all.
