I just had to rebuild my desktop machine . . . now "Build" VC++

Project (Debug or Release) does not create the project and workspace

files.  It seems more like a VC++ Build or Release.  "Build and Run"

woks fine. ; Any thoughts what might be missing.  (Everything worked

fine before the rebuild.)  Thanx.
