Sometimes you'll note cleanups that don't affect anything
but clarity and
efficiency will land only in trunk, sometimes will land back
on 1.2, and
sometimes will head all the way back to 0.9.
The focus on 0.9/1.2 is mostly bug-fixing, ensuring that
users of the legacy
APR's have fault-free code (not necessarily nit-free code).
The major energy
is to see that trunk/ becomes a solid release, which is why
coders are faster
to get your commits applied to trunk/, especially cleanup
ones.
