Proxy Http and Https

With Apache running as a forward proxy server whenever I go
to an HTTPS webpage 
I get a denied acess page, how can I enable the proxy to
work with HTTPS along 
with HTTP.

You have a client problem not a server problem, how did you
configure HTTPS/SSL
proxy settings, if at all.  If you are trying to go thru the
same server, make
sure you have enabled mod_proxy_connect.

And don't forget AllowCONNECT.
