2.2.8 ApacheMonitor.exe is running but no icon in system tray

On Windows Vista, the httpd 2.2.8 ApacheMonitor.exe process
is running, but
no icon appears in the system tray.  Was working in the
2.2.4 version (the
last one I had installed).  I installed from a win32 binary.
 Is this
something I can fix via configuration?
