mod_xsendfile for Windows

I'm using Apache 2.0.58 on Windows and I need to use
mod_xsendfile.

I could not find it on http://modules.apac
he.org/search.

I had seen it on 
http://celebnamer.celebworld.ws/stuff/mod_xsendfile.

Wonder if someone else has it for Windows and can offer me.
